D’s Side…

 

The Season 7 of American Idol has started and now the show is on the top 12 contestants. The competition is getting thougher every week. But the interesting thing here is one of the top 12 who made it is Ramiele Malubay a Fil-Am. She is 20 years old, living in Miramar, FL and she auditioned in Miami. Seeing her singing for the first time was great, she has a nice voice and it was proven again that Filipinos can sing and truly for word class. In addition her musical influences would be Aretha Franklin, Jackson 5, Mariah Carey, Lani Misalocha, and Regine Velasquez. Now let’s support her up to the road to her stardom.

I would like to share to you on what had happen to us in today’s final project/thesis presentation. We were the first group to defend. We ran through the recommendations of the panelist from our first defense and in overall it went well. One panelist rejected our system but the other two were convinced and approved our system. After the verdict, tears of joy just keep on falling and happiness was just my feeling until this point of time!. I feel proud and I’m grateful to give this achievement back to my parents!. (Charmos na kaau oi! )

At last all the things that are bothering me about our project/thesis is almost gone. The pressure is off and everything is going well with me and for my group mates. I’m seeing now a person named Jonathan Avila going to the graduation day in March 24, all I have to do to have this assurance is to comply all the requirements needed by UIC and some documents to be edited. I would like to thank all the people who have supported our group since the SAD1 up to ASD!, from the panelist, consultants, classmates, my beloved parents, friends(kabalo nmo kinsa mo!.hehe) and to our Lord.
