No.1 A written manifesto from the "Bay Harbor Butcher" sends the Special Task Force in charge of capturing the killer into chaos but agent Lundy was able to track down the plan of Dexter and made conclusion that the "Bay Harbor Butcher" has Law Enforcement Background meaning he is one of them.

No.2 The relationship between Dexter and Lila became more deeper Lila was very afraid that Dexter would come back to Rita. Agent Lundy and Debra was on thier way to a love affair. Maybe.

No.3 Sgt. Doakes was out of the job. When he crossed the line, Dexter was so mad, using his intelligence, Dexter made a good setup to Sgt. Lundy and then after that, he was out!.

"DEX, LIES and Videotape"

    NO. 1 A fan of the "Bay Harbor BUtcher" arises and tried to copy Dexter but he was out of the standards of Dexter so he was added to the list of the real "Bay Harbor Butcher".

    No. 2 Dexter knew about the hidden cam in the marina and he has to get rid of the video files that is recorded. Luckily, no one has saw it  because of technical problem. So Dexter made a move, he plug on the fire alarm and when his co-workers are out he went to the video files and deleted the file showing him on his boat.

    No. 3 Rita knew about the joy ride of Dexter and Lila where they both slept in a hotel and was kept a secret, and after knowing Rita broke up with Dexter!. And Dexter falls into the hands of Lila.
